THE DROP Chain is a statement piece and ingenuity at its best. The design was partially inspired by the unique shape of the 1 cL THE DROP, as well as the original flask acquired by Paul-Émile Rémy Martin, which became the first LOUIS XIII decanter. The silver cage enclosure, meant to be worn as a necklace, belt, or wristlet, is fashioned of pure silver engraved with LOUIS XIII and LaQuan Smith logos. The Campaign

The LOUIS XIII x LaQuan Smith campaign, A Drop in Time by LOUIS XIII x LaQuan Smith, was created alongside artistic direction from famed fashion photographer Greg Swales and artistic vision of fashion and styling through the eyes of Carine Roitfeld, featuring talent Jasmine Tookes and LaQuan Smith, within The Nines, New York City.
Paying homage to the glamour of social life in New York City, which has inspired many of LaQuan’s pieces, A Drop in Time by LOUIS XIII x LaQuan Smith was inspired by the tailoring of a modern jazz performance – seaming the scenes of rehearsal, backstage, and spotlight, to embroider the quintessence of a live celebration through the audience’s eyes.
