What is the difference between the various formats?
LOUIS XIII Cognac is presented in a range of decanter sizes, from THE DROP (1cl) to the Mathusalem (6L). Regardless of format, the exceptional tasting experience of LOUIS XIII remains unchanged.
Inspired by a rare 16th century “Gourde Annulaire”, a circular flask unearthed from the battlefield of Jarnac near Cognac, LOUIS XIII crystal decanters are as unique as the original. Each decanter is hand-blown and individually numbered. This means that no two decanters are exactly the same. The distinctive decanter still features the three fleurs-de-lys found on the original flask, and the neck of the decanter is decorated with 18-carat gold.
