Each porcelain plate undergoes a meticulous glazing process, with the exterior gently hand-brushed to unveil the tactile rawness beneath,evoking the mineral texture of chalk. The back bears three symbolic hoops, reminiscent of the chestnut wood hoops surrounding LOUIS XIII’s tierçons, protectors of our precious eaux-de-vie. This refined artisanship behind the collection engages 40 porcelain artisans, with each creation requiring a minimum of 3 weeks of dedicated mastery.
