The Soil is our Soul collection is a homage to Grande Champagne’s storied terroir: the chalk foundation from which LOUIS XIII eaux-de-vie gain their aromatic elegance and aging potential. Every porcelain piece undergoes an intricate process: after glazing, artisans hand-brush the exterior, uncovering a matte, chalk-like finish that evokes the land itself. On the back, three hoops mirror the protective chestnut wood that encircle the tierçons, vessels of patience and transformation. Each piece is a labor of time and mastery, crafted over minimum three weeks.
