Celebrating the opening of Raffles London at the OWO in September 2023, Raffles London and LOUIS XIII have partnered to curate a world’s-first experience, exclusively in The Guard’s Bar & Lounge.
Indulge in the ultimate luxury experience in this historic location: a bespoke trunk, created by T.T. Trunks, showcases the limited-edition Mathusalem uniting craftsmanship and excellence; the first by-the-glass experience from the 6L LOUIS XIII decanter in any five-star hotel globally.
The trunk has been tailor-made to reflect the colours and textures of His Royal Majesty’s Household Cavalry, using a deep rich burgundy leather and finished with silver and chrome details, a reference to the swords and helmets used as traditional uniform. Finally adorned with a small silver plaque as homage to the joint design between OWO and LOUIS XIII.
It comes with an integrated culinary experience and option to pair LOUIS XIII with caviars served in a dedicated Christofle silver-plated caviar serving set with matching mother of pearl spoons. A ritual of the utmost refinement.
Paired with fine caviars, LOUIS XIII expresses its personality and multi-faceted aromas . The caviar’s subtle ocean and salt notes allow each facet of LOUIS XIII to shine through.
